Household members' Medicare premiums can reduce the amount of health insurance tax credit a taxpayer receives. 3. The bill defines household members as anyone included in the taxpayer's family size for tax purposes. 4. Specified Medicare premiums include those for parts A, B, C, and D, as well as Medicare supplemental policies. 5. The changes will take effect for coverage months starting after December 31, 2025.
