  1. 1The Speaker of the House and President pro tempore of the Senate will arrange a posthumous presentation of a gold medal to Welles Remy Crowther.
  2. 2The Secretary of the Treasury will design and strike a gold medal bearing Crowther’s image and name.
  3. 3The gold medal will be presented to Crowther’s mother, Alison Crowther.
  4. 4The Secretary may strike and sell duplicate bronze medals to cover production and related costs.
  5. 5Medals struck under this Act are designated as national medals under federal law and treated as numismatic items.
  6. 6Costs for producing the medals will be charged to the United States Mint Public Enterprise Fund, and proceeds from bronze sales will be returned to that fund.
