1. This bill would end the United States African Development Foundation. 2. The Foundation would be dissolved 120 days after the bill is passed. 3. Remaining funds would go to the general fund of the Department of the Treasury. 4. All assets and records would be transferred to the Department of State. 5. No new grants or loans would be issued by the Foundation after the bill is enacted.
Current employees of the Foundation and organizations that receive funding from it will be directly impacted.
