1Authorizes the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House to arrange a posthumous congressional gold medal for Constance Baker Motley.
2Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to design and strike a gold medal bearing her image and name.
3Specifies that the gold medal will be presented to her son, Joel Motley III, and her niece, Constance Royster, with the gold medal going to Joel Motley III.
4Allows the Treasury to produce and sell bronze duplicates of the medal at cost to cover production expenses.
5Designates all medals struck under the Act as national medals and numismatic items under federal law.
6Authorizes charges against the U.S. Mint Public Enterprise Fund to pay medal costs and requires sales proceeds from bronze duplicates to be deposited back into the Fund.
