To designate the Federal building located at 300 West Congress Street in Tucson, Arizona, as the "Raúl M. Grijalva Federal Building".

To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 12208 North 19th Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona, as the "Officer Zane T. Coolidge Post Office".

To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 2121 Meridian Park Boulevard in Concord, California, as the "Carl Jefferson Post Office Building".
