What changes is this bill making?
1Federal agencies may not display US flags on federal property unless the flags are made entirely in the United States.
2Federal funds may not be used to procure US flags unless they meet the 100 percent US-manufactured standard.

4“Made in the United States” is defined as 100 percent manufactured using US-produced materials.
