Native American Business Support Bill

Native American Entrepreneurial Opportunity Act This bill provides statutory authority for the establishment of the Office of Native American Affairs within the Small Business Administration (SBA). The office must establish a working relationship with Indian tribes and Native Hawaiian organizations by targeting SBA programs relating to entrepreneurial development, contracting, and capital access to (1) establish or expand small businesses owned and controlled by individuals who are members of Indian tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations, and (2) promote economic development in Indian country.

1. This bill creates an Office of Native American Affairs within the Small Business Administration. 2. The office will help Native American tribes and organizations develop small businesses. 3. It will provide training, funding, and resources to support entrepreneurship in Native communities. 4. The office will also connect tribes with other federal programs that can assist them. 5. An Assistant Administrator will lead the office and report on its effectiveness to Congress.

This bill affects Native American tribes, Native Hawaiian organizations, and individuals who own small businesses within these groups.
