1. This bill creates a pilot program for U.S. Customs and Border Protection to test home kenneling for canines. 2. The program will start within one year and last for at least two years. 3. Canine handlers will receive training on caring for their dogs at home. 4. At least ten ports of entry will participate, including urban and rural locations. 5. A report will be submitted to Congress after the program ends, detailing its findings and recommendations.
