2The Secretary of the Interior must make all units of the National Park System and National Wildlife Refuge System that charge an entrance fee free to enter on that date.
3The Secretary of the Interior must also waive standard amenity recreation fees on that date at Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and Bureau of Reclamation sites that charge those fees.
4The Secretary of Agriculture must waive standard amenity recreation fees on that date at U.S. Forest Service sites that charge those fees.
