  3. 3Restores earlier versions of sections 921, 922, 924, 1956, 1961, and 2516 of Title 18, United States Code, which cover firearm definitions, licensing, penalties, money laundering, and surveillance
  4. 4Reinstates prior text of section 103 of the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act
  5. 5Restores former provisions of section 501 of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act and section 534 of Title 28, United States Code
  6. 6Restores earlier language in section 8526 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA)
  7. 7Removes funding for grants that help states add juvenile records to the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS)
