Taxpayer Workforce Modernization Act This bill requires the Internal Revenue Service to establish a fellowship program to recruit qualified data scientists and a task force, which includes such fellows, to supportaudit case selection and effectiveness, efforts to address offshore tax evasion, use of artificial intelligence and data analytics in tax administration, andvarious training and educational efforts.
