Stephen Whyte earned a B.A. in political science and an M.P.A. from Brigham Young University. His career experience includes working as the executive vice president of Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions and a tenured professor of communications and associate vice president at Utah Valley University. He also worked as an international affairs specialist in Washington, D.C.
