Fancy Farm 2025 quote
“I’ve been listening to people’s needs
without political power. All I ask is
that we come to the table (and work
through) these issues with dignity;
You deserve to trust your government.”
-John “Drew” Williams, Congressional Candidate at Fancy Farm 2025
Members of the U.S. House of Representatives write and vote on federal laws, including the federal budget. Each represents one district and serves a two-year term. Tax bills must start in the House, only the House can impeach federal officials, and members oversee federal agencies through their committees.
