Frese For Congress
Make California affordable. Better schools. Safer streets. Common sense. I’m not a politician — I’m a small business owner and a dad. My opponent has spent decades in office while housing, gas, and groceries got out of reach. Ask yourself one question: are you better off?
A Different Focus
My focus is Contra Costa families and the things that actually hit your life — your kids’ schools, your safety, your bills, your job, and the retirement you were promised. While my opponent plays Washington politics, I’m keeping it on your kitchen table.
Members of the U.S. House of Representatives write and vote on federal laws, including the federal budget. Each represents one district and serves a two-year term. Tax bills must start in the House, only the House can impeach federal officials, and members oversee federal agencies through their committees.
