Meet Jesse
Hey! My name is Jesse West and I am a 30-year-old skier and attorney here in Salt Lake City Utah. I am currently a Brighton season pass holder, family law practitioner, and the Chair of the Salt Lake City Libertarian Party. I am not a career politician and I am not from Utah. I started visiting Utah in 2018 to ski and visit friends, and I kept coming back because I loved it. When I graduated from school, I chose Utah because I fell in love with the natural beauty, the snow, and the people.

Members of the U.S. House of Representatives write and vote on federal laws, including the federal budget. Each represents one district and serves a two-year term. Tax bills must start in the House, only the House can impeach federal officials, and members oversee federal agencies through their committees.
