Bio - Representative Elison Began legislative Service in 2023. Since then, he has represented the Utah House's 72nd District which includes Washington County. Representative Elison is 1 of 10 awarded the "Friend of the Taxpayer" award in 2023 and 2024. He has 27 years of Ecclesiastical Leadership positions and 27 years of Boy Scouts of America leadership, in which he was a recipient of the Silver Beaver Award. Joseph is a past President of the Hurricane Valley Rotary Club. He has also been a business owner for 30 years.
