2Requires the President to submit a report within 180 days identifying senior Pakistani government, military, and security officials responsible for gross human rights violations or actions that undermine democracy, and entities they control.
3Allows the President to impose sanctions, such as visa bans and asset freezes, under the Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability Act on those identified individuals and entities.
4Establishes exceptions so sanctions do not block United Nations obligations, humanitarian assistance, or authorized US intelligence, law enforcement, and national security activities.
5Directs the report to be sent to the House Foreign Affairs Committee and the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
6Sets the law to expire on September 30, 2030.
