About John Moolenaar

WHY I’M RUNNING

Hi, I’m John Moolenaar. I’m honored to serve as your congressman for Michigan’s 2nd District, representing 20 incredible counties filled with hardworking families and vibrant communities.

When I ran for office, I made a commitment to secure the border, cut wasteful Washington spending, rebuild our military, grow our economy and defend the dignity and value of every human life.

PROMISES MADE - PROMISES KEPT.

In just one year, we are already moving toward a safer, more affordable, and prosperous America. An America where filling up your gas tank doesn’t break the bank, where your grocery budget goes a lot further and where our children can once again pursue the American dream.

It’s been a privilege to Chair the Select Committee on China for the past two years working with our allies to hold the CCP accountable. This includes preventing our adversaries from buying up American farmland and protecting our Michigan communities from foreign threats, including stopping the Chinese-linked Gotion project right here at home.

I also serve on the House Appropriations Committee where we have made progress in cutting wasteful spending.

As your member of Congress, I will always defend the 2nd Amendment, protect the unborn, make sure our veterans have the benefits they deserve, and our farmers have the workers they need. I will also make sure Social Security and Medicare are preserved and this year I was proud to cut taxes on these benefits for our seniors.

Serving you is one of the greatest honors of my life. Together, we can continue building a future that is safer, stronger, and full of opportunity for every American.

I respectfully ask for your vote and the chance to continue fighting for Michigan and for you.

Thank you and God Bless America.
