Robert MacAllisterRepublicanI'm a lifelong Cape Codder. My wife Cindy and I settled in Mattapoisett in 2001 and built our life here — raising a family and protecting the coastal way of life that makes Southeastern Massachusetts home. For more than twenty years I've served this community, including five terms as an elected member of the MattapoiseU.S. House members represent a single district and serve two-year terms. They introduce bills, control the federal budget, and vote on laws.
In the general election, the candidates who advanced face off and the winner takes office.
